Return Policy

At Sino Cosmic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a simple returns policy. Below are the details on how to make a return:

1. Return Conditions
   You may return products within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags intact and in their original packaging.

2. Products not eligible for return
   Returns are not accepted for products that have been used, washed, damaged or are not in their original condition. Returns are also not accepted for sale items, personalized items or intimate items for hygiene reasons.

3. Return Process
   To make a return, please contact our customer service team via email. Provide your order number and details of the product you wish to return. We will send you the necessary instructions to complete the return process.

4. Return costs
   Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, unless it is an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a courier service with tracking to ensure your package arrives safely.

5. Refund
   Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund via the original payment method. The refund will be made within 10 business days after receiving the returned item. Please note that initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Defective or Erroneous Products
   If you have received a defective or incorrect product, we apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, the return costs will be covered by Sino Cosmic. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for an exchange or refund.

7. Changes
   We do not exchange products. If you want a different item, you will need to return it and make a new purchase.
